Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch:

  • Orders typically ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently deliver to: 

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Cyprus.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–11 business days after dispatch

Return Policy

We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused with original packaging.
  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or custom kits cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • A photo of the item must be provided before approval.
  • Bundle refunds may be adjusted if part of the bundle is returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@paintlykit.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo(s) of the item(s)

All returns must be approved before being shipped. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom paint kits
  • Used or opened products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original condition (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 - 5 days.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • You may use your own return method or request a prepaid label if eligible.
