Acrylic paint can sometimes thicken during transit. Simply add one or two drops of warm water to the paint pot and stir with a toothpick to return it to a creamy, smooth consistency.

For the best results, use a high-resolution photo with clear lighting and a simple background. Please keep the aspect ratio in mind: if you order a square canvas but upload a vertical (9:16) photo, we will have to crop the image to fit. To avoid losing important details, try to match your photo's shape to the canvas size you select!
